Quality Policy
Paf is certified according to the requirements of the quality management system standard ISO 9001:2000 since September 1999. The certificate was renewed on September 12, 2005 and is now valid until September 30, 2008.
Certified Internet Gaming
The certified operations of Paf comprise casino and betting, gaming, lotteries and our service operations onboard passenger ships under Finnish and Swedish flag in the Baltic, on the Internet and in the Åland Islands.
Continuous Improvement
The basis for the management system of Paf for quality is process thinking. The quality work begins with an articulated structure for how the work is to be done, from management and support processes to the main process. Each process is divided into smaller parts, where fixed routine descriptions cover all the activities.
Satisfied Customers
Quality thinking and security concerns are very important, and our employees' own thinking, innovation and proposals for improvement are encouraged. The processes and routines of the operations are evaluated continuously among others at external and internal quality auditions.
